technique is to manufacture new sashes which then have double glazing fitted and refurbish the original box frame.

Yes, we do not incorporate the cost of your initial survey into the quotation.

Obviously each survey time varies depending on what we are surveying and if multiple quantities are involved, but as a general rule we have found that 
surveys last for approximately 30 minutes.

No. Our initial survey is for us to see the work which you require doing and to offer any first hand advice. A price is worked out after the survey and a written 
quotation will then follow.

No. Due to the nature and timescales of our work we are often left to complete the works whilst our client is out. We try to accommodate our clients needs 
as best as possible with a flexible approach, and all arrangements will be agreed prior to work commencing.

Yes, we can work straight from the drawings or we can visit site to check the final structural dimensions if needed.

Yes, we can see your project from it’s joinery beginnings through to completion.

Yes, we quote to supply all timber knot stopped, preserved and with a coat of primer. We can take the windows through to a brush coated top finish if requested.

We require a 25% deposit with your signed confirmation form, Manufactured items are to be paid for prior to delivery and the remainder being payable on completion of our works.
